Our mission is to serve as a resource to the College of Arts and Letters to positively celebrate the employees of the college/department and to assist the college/department in achieving employee recognition and favorable employee events.

The WOW form is intended to recognize and appreciate an Arts and Letters staff member who has gone above and beyond and deserves accolades for their wonderfully, outstanding work.
