"My colleagues are responsive and exceptional professionals! I appreciate their time, expertise, and willingness to answer any and all questions. Thank you!"

— Aurea Hernandez-Webster, Program Manager, Initiative on Race and Resilience

"Eli was fantastic! Fixed my issue quickly and didn't make me feel dumb."

— Fred LaBrecque, Project Development Manager, Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO)

"Dan Napier provided fantastic service with this incident. It was a difficult problem that eventually required him to take my laptop to the bookstore to have parts replaced. I really appreciated how he took responsibility for my issue throughout the process, rather than just passing me along to someone else. He showed a lot of skill and care, and checked in multiple times after I got it back to make sure everything was working well. This is probably the best service I've ever received from an IT person in my 18 years at ND. Thank you Dan!"

— Kasey Buckles, Professor, Department of Economics

"ALCO is good at solving issues quickly. They're professional and kind and fun to work with."

— Chelsea Cloutier, Department Coordinator, Classics
