Overview of the Financial Tools
- Financial Toolkit: This is a suite of administrative tools used to generate financial transactions such as journal vouchers, cash deposits, payments to businesses and individuals, and labor distribution changes
- GLez: This web-based application provides easy access to financial information-query, fund balances, and budget summaries for funds you manage. It is intended to provide easy access to financial information by offering a single source for account information (i.e., remaining balance, budget to actual expenditures, revenue/expense year-to-date, and prior year information).
- Financial Compass: This is an application for budget planning, forecasting, and multi-year planning
- PI Portal: Provides Notre Dame faculty researchers easy access to management of external research portfolio.
- DataND: Platform providing the campus community with consistent, effective, secure data shared to build reports
