Faculty Hiring: DEI Resources

The University has implemented a diversity search process for all Tenured and Tenure-Track faculty hires. This process focuses on sufficient representation of underrepresented minorities and women in two specific stages of the search process—the full applicant pool and shortlist from which final candidates are chosen. Tenured and Tenure-Track searches are required to go through the review process, however, search committees can request the review of any non-Tenured and Tenure-Track search for sufficient representation as well.
