A. Yes! If you need assistance moving a phone, computer, printer, or any other technology equipment, please use the Move Technology Equipment form in ServiceNow.

Q. How do I contact Arts & Letters Computing (ALCO) or the Office of Information Technologies (OIT) Help Desk?
A. For routine service requests, please Submit a Support Request. For consulting help, please submit a General IT Request. Our office is located in 250 O'Shaughnessy Hall. You're welcome to drop in between 8:00am and 4:30pm.
