Campus phone numbers are associated with a person. If somebody moves offices, then their phone moves with them. If a person moves to a new position in a different department, then their phone number will change.
Many phone features and changes can be submitted through ServiceNow.
Use the Phone configuration form to:
- Change the name of the phone owner
- Reset voicemail to default settings (The default PIN for voicemail is 6481)
- Enable features such as voicemail to email, single number reach, and Jabber
