Using the Library Reserves tool can help protect you from violating copyright. The reserve staff can help connect you with resources within the library's collection. They will help with making fair use assessments of existing content. They can also help acquire the rights to the content not within the collection.
The Library Reserves are also an environmentally friendly and sustainable method of making library content — books, book chapters, journal articles, streaming videos, and audio — available digitally to students.
