Outdoor Events

If you, or someone in your department, needs to request a tent/outdoor space for a department-sponsored event or activity, please complete the Departmental Outdoor Space Request Form.  


Three Leaf is the preferred campus catering vendor.  They can provide food for full-service events or for quick service delivery.

Event Set Up & Equipment Rental

General Services can provide table & chair set-ups, stage & concert set-ups, and has an inventory of rental items for your event.

St. Michael's Laundry on campus offers linen rentals.

Aay's Event Rentals is a preferred vendor who can provide tents, event decor, and other specialty event equipment.
