The Campus Card Office is taking steps in the coming months to make the Irish1Card available on mobile devices. In preparation for this, representatives from the project team, the Lock Shop, and campus contractors will be updating electronic door locks in your campus buildings with new firmware.
Notre Dame staff and/or contractors will be across campus during the month of March updating building and room locks. The majority of this work will happen in the first two weeks of March.
During the update process, we will be visiting each door individually, connecting a device to the lock, and initiating a brief five-minute outage. Depending on the area, assistance may be needed from your staff to allow access.
