As a way to show our deep appreciation and gratitude for all of your hard work, we are very excited to offer a unique experience! On Sunday, November 5th, from 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, we are offering Arts and Letters staff members to get a professional family photo on the iconic football field at Notre Dame Stadium.
Here are all the details for this event:
Who: You and your family and/or you and a special guest (no pets, please) may participate.
Where: You will enter the North gate (Rockne Gate) of the Stadium and check in with an Arts and Letters team member. You will then proceed to the field for the picture.
What to bring/wear: It will most likely be chilly - so bundle up! You can always quickly take off your jacket for the actual picture. Plan on being out in the elements for 30 minutes.
Video Board Greetings: You will have the option to choose one of the following greetings: 'Happy Holidays', 'Merry Christmas', or 'Go Irish.'
RSVP to Register: Please RSVP to sign up for a time if you plan to participate. The time slots are on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will sign up for a 20-minute time window to arrive, check-in, and head to the field. Once your photo is done, you will exit back through the North Tunnel. Afterward, you will receive an email on how to obtain the digital photo file for you to download and print at no charge after the event.
