A panel presentation on promotion to associate professor with tenure is scheduled for Wednesday, March 20, 2024, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. in 242 O'Shaughnessy Hall.

The purpose of this session is to provide information and informal advice to associate professors in the College of Arts and Letters and to provide an opportunity to ask questions about the process. Traditionally, the College has offered this panel topic in alternate years; last year's panel presentation focused on promotion from an associate professor with tenure to full professor.

Panel presenters: Peter Holland, Jon Coleman, Ernest Morrell, Mike Pries, and Dean Sarah Mustillo.

There should be ample time for questions and discussion.

Persons in prominent mentoring roles, such as chairpersons, may also be interested in attending.

The presentation will be recorded for those who cannot attend the event.
