Prenatal and postnatal yoga classes are designed specifically for pregnant women, but all are welcome. We will focus on strengthening the muscles used during childbirth, as well as promoting relaxation and stress relief.
These are single sessions pop-ups. When particpants register, they are registering for one, single class time per registration. There is no limit to the amount of classes participants can register for per semester.
Register at RecRegister.nd.edu. Registration for Pop-up classes open 30 days before the start time of class. We advise that you arrive 15-5 minutes before class begins to give yourself ample time to check in and gather any equipment you need for class.
