In Fall 2025, your candid and thoughtful feedback in the Pulse Survey was instrumental in shaping our initiatives. Your input has directly led to the implementation of the following action items:
- Process Hub – A central hub on alresources.nd.edu that guides A&L staff through key administrative processes.
- Additional Peer Group – Launched a peer group for centers and institutes to support shared learning and community building.
- Listening Sessions - Conducted listening sessions in January with staff across the college to learn more about how the college could best support staff.
- Onboarding Guides - Created onboarding guide templates for administrators that support Department Chairs, Director of Undergraduate Studies (DUS), and Director of Graduate Studies (DGS) positions.
We are now launching the Spring 2026 Pulse Survey. This spring, we are especially seeking feedback on professional development, including opportunities for growth, learning, career support, and how the Dean's Office can better invest in staff development moving forward.
