What You Need To Know

Do not input any jobs for the academic year into the Hiring Tool, as they will not transfer to Personnel Actions.

Next week, you will receive communication on when access will be given in Personnel Actions.

If any additional changes to the above dates will be communicated.

We want to ensure everyone is getting paid on time.

We don’t want anyone to do additional work and create academic jobs more than once.
