In May 2024, the Dean's Office sent out an Arts & Letters Staff Pulse Survey. The pulse survey is a biannual survey for our staff and administrators to help us identify areas for improvement. A Pulse Survey Committee reviews the data and provides action items based on the findings. It is important for us to be transparent about our results in our progress toward a more inclusive culture.
