We are making a small update in UltraTime to keep our timekeeping and reporting super simple and easy to manage.
Effective 1/1/2026, we will be removing the PRH (Personal) absence code from the system. Do not worry, you are not losing any time! We are just simplifying the tracking.
Going forward, please use the INH (Incidental) code for all incidental and personal time. The INH code will now cover:
- Personal illness
- Family illness
- Personal Business
