Morning Half-Day Session

We’re excited to announce this year’s Arts & Letters All Staff Summit, featuring a powerful and timely workshop led by facilitator Sarah Turner: Creating a Culture of Candor.

This year’s summit is shaped directly by feedback from the biannual ND Voice survey, which revealed two key opportunities for growth within our College:

Innovation and Psychological Safety: We heard that many of you still hesitate to challenge the status quo or share bold ideas.
Leadership Visibility and Trust: We saw a need for stronger connections and communication between senior leaders and staff

Sarah’s session will help us take meaningful steps forward on both fronts—fostering honest dialogue, stronger collaboration, and a culture where every voice matters.
