In preparation for the move of the Faculty Jobs tool into Personnel Actions, please see the key dates and actions that may be needed on your part.
- November 6, 2025 5:00 P.M. – Faculty Jobs will be shut down for any activity. Any remaining jobs in the queue (unsubmitted, submitted but not approved) will need to be manually rebuilt in Personnel Actions when it goes live on November 10. Please review this queue on a timely basis and work directly with those whose actions are needed so that it is cleared by this time.
- November 6, 2025 5:00 P.M. to November 7, 2025 8:00 A.M. – Personnel Actions will be unavailable for any activity as developers move the Faculty Jobs code into the tool. Please ensure that any activity that is time sensitive to this date is completed before the tool is temporarily shut down. Remember that the Staff/Postdoc/Student Stipend payroll cutoff is on this date.
- November 10, 2025 8:00 A.M. – Personnel Actions will include functionality to manage faculty jobs. All new jobs, transfers, and changes can be completed within Personnel Actions for faculty personnel.
- November 18, 2025 11:59 P.M. – Payroll cutoff date for Faculty payroll
Student Hiring will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. on November 6 until the morning of November 7
