Your feedback helps us make meaningful improvements and ensure that Notre Dame remains a great workplace.

- Timely feedback methods like the Pulse Surve
- An annual staff summit and staff newsletter
- Expanded professional development opportunities
- Increased transparency in the performance review process
Achieving 90% staff participation is a top priority for the College. As a thank-you for your engagement, if we hit this goal, $5 in Domer Dollars will be added to your campus card for a coffee at Starbucks or Hagerty Family Cafe.
